Training vs Coaching vs Discipleship
What will win in the end?
There are three methods of life where I've been systematically trained to help others.
Training, coaching and discipleship.
The similarities
Each method uses a scientific process
Each method has an owner
Each method is led by a leader
Each method produces an outcome
Training is owned by the sponsor, led by the trainer and produces an objective.
Coaching is owned by the client, led by the coach and produces a result.
Discipleship is owned by God, led by a disciple and produces a transformation.
The Difference
Training produces what the sponsor wants.
Coaching produces what the client wants.
Discipleship produces what God wants.
What will win in the end?
This is what I offer
I’m an encourager. This is Encouragement for faithful people.
The time is now
The world is about to change in a dramatic way over the next 24 months. Faithful people need to be encouraged and prepared.
The community we are building here
We have to know who we are and what we are here to do. When we know who we are the current systems can’t put us in a box. Faithful people who know they are called for a purpose will find unity and a mark that cannot be erased.
Specifics
Expect to see real authentic writing and original ideas from a person who is called to encourage others. Expect to see writings at all times of the week. Let it surprise you.
